    Email us what you need. We reply with a fixed quote and, if you like, a free mini-sample (a mock-up hero section, one rewritten description, or one cleaned sheet).

  2. Delivery

    Pay the deposit by invoice and we get to work. You receive a preview link (watermarked) within the agreed time.

  3. Payment & handover

    Request your included revision, approve, pay the balance, and receive the final files. You own everything.

  • Payment by secure online invoice, sent by email. Pay by card, no account needed.
  • Orders up to $50: 100% upfront.
  • Orders above $50: 50% upfront, 50% after you approve the preview.
  • Final files are handed over once the balance is paid.
  • All prices in USD. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.

Revisions & refunds

  • 1 revision round included (2 rounds on Website Plus).
  • If we miss the agreed deadline, or the work still doesn't match the brief after revisions, you get a full refund of your deposit.
  • Refunds are sent within 5 days.
  • Once you accept the work and receive final files, the order is complete and non-refundable.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. Hosting (free tiers like Netlify or Cloudflare Pages) and any domain are registered in your name.

What do you need from me to start?

A short description of your business, your logo and photos if you have them. If not, we use tasteful placeholders you can swap later.

Can I get it faster?

Yes, rush delivery is available for +50% on any package.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Not at the moment. Each order is a one-off, fixed-price project.

Can you work with my existing site or Shopify store?

Yes, for translations and product descriptions we work directly from your existing pages or a CSV export.
